Jimmy Fuchs, Broker / Owner
I attended Sam Houston in Huntsville for two years and the next two years I completed and degree in Electronic Technology at Texas A&M’s institute of Electronic Science. After graduation I worked on experimental open hole well logging systems for Texaco as an electronic technologist at their research Lab in Houston. From Texaco I moved to electronic sales for a NYSE traded manufacturer of electronic packaging hardware on the east coast and after a series of increases in responsibility, I became the national sales manager.
Wanting to return to Texas, I took advantage of an opportunity to acquire an information services company that provided credit information to the financial industry. However, with a family history with farming and ranching, my interest has always been tied to land. So I sold the information services company to a national information services company and founded Land InvesTex, LLC. Our goal was and still is to assist buyers and sellers of land and mineral interests by finding ways to achieve their real estate objectives.
We specialize in the successful representation of buyers and sellers of Texas live water, mineral, recreational, hunting, ranching, farming, retirement, investment, development, and income producing properties in the hill country to east Texas including south and central Texas. Whatever your real estate goals might be, we are always happy to listen your objectives, discuss options to achieve you objectives, and get to work for you.
